Actual deck — the presentation built from the same retail sample analysis.
From the first question to the next team review.
Put the evidence, explanation and recommended follow-up into something your team can read, present and use.
Bring the context
Start with a business question. Connect the relevant tables, files and metric definitions without rebuilding your BI stack.
Get a working deliverable
Let the agent work through the analysis. Review its steps and refine the report, dashboard or presentation in the same task.
Agree on the next move
Inspect the evidence, share the findings and decide what to investigate or act on. Save a useful method for the next review.
Less reporting overhead. More room for analysis.
Give analysts a way to move beyond repeated queries and deck assembly, while keeping business context and review in the workflow.
Use the same business language
Give the agent your metrics, relationships and definitions through semantic models. Spend less time re-explaining what revenue, retention or an active customer means.
Semantic models · Connected sourcesHave an answer you can inspect
Follow the agent's steps and intermediate results. Inspect and edit dashboard SQL, then challenge a finding with a follow-up before it reaches the business review.
Agent steps · Editable SQLStop starting from scratch
Turn a useful analysis into a reusable skill with your instructions and output format. Schedule recurring work and deliver it through configured channels.
Reusable skills · Scheduled jobsA real question. A useful next move.
Keep your existing BI for established reporting. Use VibeDecision to investigate the follow-up questions and prepare the work around a decision.
What is pulling gross margin down?
Compare product lines, costs and periods. Bring the drivers and open questions into a brief so the team can choose what to investigate first.
Variance analysis → Review briefWhat changed, and where do we focus?
Bring performance shifts, supporting evidence and proposed follow-ups into an operating update. Give the meeting a starting point for a decision.
Business question → Evidence → Leadership deckCan we stop rebuilding this every week?
Capture the definitions, queries and reporting method in a reusable workflow. Review the results, then spend your time on the questions that need deeper analysis.
One-off request → Reusable skill → Recurring reviewMove the work forward. Keep your team in control.
Let agents do the analysis while your team reviews the evidence and makes the decision. Manage who can access the resources behind the work.

Your existing data stack. A clear path through it.
Keep your source systems as the system of record. Connect the context you need — your data, internal knowledge and documents — choose your model providers and understand where the work is processed and stored.
Your connected sources
Warehouses, SaaS tools and files. Queries use configured connector credentials and the permissions granted in each source system.
Your knowledge & documents
Your internal knowledge base, wikis and document library. Connect it so the agent works with your team's context, definitions and past analyses.
Your VibeDecision workspace
Agents work with query results and business context. Uploaded files, conversations and generated outputs can be stored in the workspace.
Your selected model provider
Relevant task context can be sent to the configured model. Processing, retention and training terms depend on the provider and deployment.
Confirm source access, model providers, storage, retention and regional requirements for your deployment before connecting sensitive data.
Discuss your architectureStart with the right scope. Understand the full cost.
Four ways to run VibeDecision — from hosted SaaS to a fully private, tailored deployment. Scope the work first, then confirm the subscription, included usage and services in a written quote.
SaaS
Hosted · fastest to valueStart immediately on VibeDecision-hosted infrastructure. Sign up, connect your sources and get to a deliverable — nothing to operate.
BYOC
Bring Your Own CloudRun VibeDecision inside your own AWS, Azure or GCP account, under your identity, networking and security policies.
Private deployment
Your data center · full controlRun in your own data center or private cloud — isolated, even air-gapped, to meet compliance and residency requirements.
Enterprise customization

Record which findings lead to an agreed next step.
Set a baseline. Review the evidence. Decide whether to expand. Results depend on your data, scope and review process.
The details behind the decision.
What can our team create?
Create reports, dashboards, presentations, documents and spreadsheets. Deliverable formats include Markdown, HTML, PPTX, DOCX, XLSX and PDF. The tools and output formats available to a task depend on its configured agent and skills.
What if the AI gets the answer wrong?
AI-generated analysis needs review. Inspect the agent's steps, tool calls and intermediate results. For dashboards, check the SQL and query results, edit the query and ask follow-up questions. Your team decides whether the evidence supports the conclusion and any next action.
Do we need to replace our existing data tools?
No. Keep your established BI and reporting workflows. Use VibeDecision alongside them to investigate new questions, bring in additional business context and create reports, dashboards or decks. Start with a specific gap in your current workflow.
Can we reuse and schedule the work?
Yes. Skills package instructions, methods and supporting resources for reuse. Scheduled jobs run recurring tasks and deliver results through configured channels, using the connections and permissions available in the workspace.
Does our data stay in the warehouse?
Your warehouse remains the source system, but queries return data for analysis. Results and relevant context can be processed in the workspace and by the configured model provider. Uploaded files, conversations and generated outputs can be stored. Review retention, provider terms and residency for your deployment; this is not a zero-storage promise.
Can we choose our models and deployment?
Administrators can configure model providers, endpoints and API keys. Hosted and self-managed setups have different infrastructure requirements. Discuss private networking, data retention and regional requirements for your deployment.
How do we evaluate cost and ROI?
Choose a workflow and record its current effort and turnaround time. Compare those with the reviewed results from an evaluation. Ask for a written quote covering the platform, included usage, model costs, setup and support. Account for existing BI costs too: VibeDecision is an additional workflow, not an assumed replacement saving.
What security evidence is available?
This page describes product controls and does not publish SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification reports. Contact the team to establish what evidence and contractual terms are available for your deployment, including data processing, model providers, retention, support and service commitments. Confirm these against your organization's requirements before rollout.
Bring one real question. Leave with a next step.
Walk through your use case, the deliverable your team needs and the data requirements. Define a focused evaluation together.
